1. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
2. We may ask you to verify your identity before we proceed (to protect against unauthorized requests).
3. We will delete or anonymize your personal information from our active systems within 30 days, or sooner where required by law.
4. We will instruct our service providers to do the same for data they process on our behalf.

What we may need to retain
